Our attorneys have served as defense counsel in over 300 individual cases and in multiple class-action lawsuits involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, EPA, FMLA, USERRA, STAA, FLSA, and wrongful termination issues. They provide advice on effective personnel policy development, train employers on issues such as EEO, sexual harassment, and wage and hour compliance, and defend employers against claims based on race, sex, age and other employment matters.
