Al Parnell to Speak at VADA Annual Meeting

Al Parnell will be a participant in the ethics panel and a speaker at the VADA Annual Meeting CLE.  The meeting will be held at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia.  Al will be speaking on the topic of the “Unethical Litigator,” with a focus on dealing with opposing counsel who uses deception or incivility as a tactic.
