Ryan Hale is an associate in the Dallas office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. He primarily defends product manufacturers, premises owners, and businesses in toxic tort litigation involving exposure to asbestos, talc, and various other chemicals and substances. Ryan is involved in all phases of litigation, including discovery, investigations, drafting motions, trial, and appeal.
Ryan was a briefing attorney in the Eleventh Court of Appeals of Texas prior to joining the firm. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge David Horan in the Northern District of Texas; a judicial intern to Justice Lee Ann Dauphinot in the Texas Second Court of Appeals and the Hon. Martin Lowy in the 101st Civil District Court in Dallas County; and was a research assistant to Professor Bryan A. Garner of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
