Hillary Fisher is an associate in the Dallas office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. She focuses on defending corporations and premises owners in product liability and toxic tort litigation involving exposure to asbestos, talc, and various chemicals. She also handles overall risk management and general insurance issues. Hillary is experienced in evaluating cases, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Hillary served as an intern to the University of Alabama’s Office of Risk Management, Southern Methodist University’s Department of Risk Management, and Arthur J. Gallagher and Co.
