Brendan Malone is an associate in the San Francisco office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. He focuses on defending high-risk litigation involving environmental disputes, chemical exposures, and asbestos-related product and premises liability. He represents corporations from a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, energy, and transportation. Brendan is involved in all phases of litigation from inception of a case from pleadings through post-trial motions and appeals.
Brendan is a writer for the American Bar Association’s section on environmental, energy, and resources. He also previously wrote for the George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law. While attaining his law degree, Brendan was an honors law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a legal intern with the largest cargo terminal operator and stevedore in the United States.
