Jacob (Jake) Zuniga is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. He concentrates on commercial litigation matters, including construction litigation, contract disputes, and employment litigation. He also defends clients in various products liability and personal injury cases. He has prosecuted and defended suits on behalf of individuals and companies in state and federal courts in Georgia and California.

Jake counsels clients in corporate transactional matters, including the review and drafting of various contracts and agreements, incorporation and organization of various business entities, and serving as registered agent.
