Brian W. Sprinkle
Brian Sprinkle’s practice focuses on tort liability defense work, appellate practice, insurance coverage analysis, and the defense of bad faith claims against insurance carriers. He has represented national insurance carriers, multinational corporations, and banks in a variety of cases. Brian has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including deposing plaintiffs and experts, drafting motions, arguing motions, and trying cases. He has drafted petitions and briefs in cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Additionally, Brian has successfully argued numerous motions for summary judgment. He has tried multiple cases in both bench and jury settings. Brian has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in the State of Georgia, an honor provided to only 2.5% of lawyers in Georgia.
