Catherine McCormack is a Partner in the Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation group at Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. She concentrates her practice on toxic tort litigation matters. She also represents clients in cases involving medical malpractice, premises liability, business torts, commercial litigation and general insurance defense. Catherine has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit settlement negotiations through trial.
