Christine defends attorneys and other legal professionals in all types of claims, ranging from legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair debt collection practices, fraud, securities violations, defamation, to racketeering. She has extensive experience in claims involving a wide range of substantive areas, including real estate, personal injury, bankruptcy, securities, domestic law, corporate transactions, criminal law, title examination and title insurance indemnity, and estate planning. She provides advice, counsel and representation in licensing and disciplinary matters, and defends against Georgia abusive litigation claims and Rule 11 motions.
Christine also represents insurance agents and brokers, appraisers, surveyors and other professionals. She also has experience handling insurance coverage disputes and business litigation matters. Christine also serves as an adjunct professor at the Emory School of Law.

Presentations
Christine lectures regularly on the subjects of malpractice avoidance, ethics, abusive litigation, and trial procedures. She also has published related papers on legal malpractice, abusive litigation, and trial tactics. Christine also has appeared as a guest on Leyes Cotidianas (“Everyday Law”), a Spanish language legal talk show,where she discussed recovery of civil litigation fees and expenses.
