Erin Hayner
Erin Hayner’s practice emphasizes products liability and toxic torts. She has prepared dozens of asbestos cases from beginning through settlement or trial. She has second chaired two asbestos trials, including Racik v. Alfa Laval, Inc., and Harris v. Bondex International, Inc., which resulted in a defense verdict. Erin has participated in all phases of litigation including demurrers, written discovery, taking and defending depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts, motions to compel, summary judgment and summary adjudication motions, motions based specifically on the Los Angeles Asbestos General Orders, and attendance at all court hearings including case management conferences, trial setting conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, and final status conferences.
