Christopher C. Ege

Christopher Ege is a Partner in the Austin office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Chris specializes in personal injury defense and products liability litigation. He also represents clients in commercial litigation, real estate, and debt collection matters. Chris has defended companies at trial; developed and implemented national litigation strategies; and second-chaired multiple trials in Texas and California.
Chris has successfully argued summary judgment motions dismissing claims in Texas courts. He has also managed expert witness retention and development, national trial preparation, and national reporting between local counsel, clients and carriers. Chris has also served as a resource in Senate and House Committees in the Texas Legislature on tort reform issues.
