Allison S. Bloom

Allison S. Bloom is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Allison concentrates her practice on civil litigation defense in the areas of general negligence, premises liability, products liability, transportation, and professional negligence.
Allison has defended many of the nation’s leading corporations, including Costco Wholesale Corporation, Ross Stores, Inc., Roto-Rooter Services Company, and SAIA Motor Freight Lines, Inc. She also defends insurance companies and businesses throughout the country in a wide variety of matters including, but not limited to, claims related to seller and manufacturer liability, negligent security, wrongful death, negligent hiring and retention, breach of warranty, and negligence of premises owners and operators.
Allison was recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in the State of Georgia, an honor accorded to only 2.5% of the lawyers in Georgia, in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010.
