Camille A. Smith
Camille is an associate in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, where she is a member of the Toxic Tort and Environmental Litigation Practice Group. Camille is involved in multi-jurisdictional toxic tort litigation, including asbestos products liability litigation. Her clients include large national and multi-national corporations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Camille was an associate in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency practice groups of a large, international law firm. Camille was involved in a large international arbitration as well as numerous federal and state court proceedings involving breach of contract and other business disputes. Additionally, Camille was involved in the representation of creditors and lenders in national bankruptcy proceedings and the representation of trustees and executors in probate, trust and fiduciary duty litigation, including will and trust contests.
