Frank C. Bedinger, III

Frank C. Bedinger, III is a Partner practicing in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. His practice focuses primarily on traditional tort liability defense litigation and insurance litigation, and he regularly acts as lead trial counsel for numerous cases involving torts, contracts, and federal civil rights. He also has significant experience defending “bad faith” claims against insurance carriers and performing insurance coverage analysis. Frank has wide experience litigating in the courts of several states, including Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia; he has also argued significant appellate cases before the Georgia and Tennessee Courts of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
