Brenton S. Bean
Brenton S. Bean is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. His practice focuses on employment litigation and complex business litigation. His experience includes the following: class action and collective action defense; wage and hour matters; and employment discrimination. He possesses significant appellate experience. He handles all types of discrimination cases and provides counsel to management on matters pertaining to employment law. In complex business litigation, Brent primarily concentrates his practice in professional liability, errors and omissions, commercial disputes and consumer law defense. He has successfully managed numerous class action, multi-million dollar professional and miscellaneous liability cases.
Brent is fluent in written and spoken German. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, Colorado and Utah. He is former General Counsel of a financial services company.
