J. Bruce Welch

Mr. Welch has defended cases in the areas of mass torts, asbestos, products liability, pharmaceutical liability, legal and medical malpractice for nearly forty years. He has tried in excess of 100 cases to verdict.
Mr. Welch is a member of the American and Atlanta Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia. He has served as President of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and is currently on the Board of Directors and serves as the State Representative to the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Welch is a member of the ABA Section of Tort and Insurance Practice. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the International Association of Insurance Counsel, the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia and the American Judicature Society.
