Claire Weglarz is an associate in the Los Angeles office where she handles all aspects of complex civil litigation. Her practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of products liability, toxic tort litigation, and general civil litigation. With her background in biology, Claire has a natural affinity for defending design defect and toxic tort types of matters. Claire has co-chaired products liability trials to successful jury verdicts on behalf of trucking, tractor, and loader clients. In the past few years, her practice has become more diversified in the type of clients she represents to include premises owners and a variety of product manufacturers and suppliers in the toxic torts realm. Claire has also served as lead counsel in binding commercial arbitrations.
