Todd N. Wade

Todd Wade is the Partner-in-Charge of the San Francisco office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Amongst his numerous practice areas, Todd has particularly extensive litigation experience in products liability, including defense of asbestos-related claims, and in professional liability. Todd moved to San Francisco from the Firm’s Austin, Texas office. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law. Over the past several years, Todd has been primarily engaged in the successful defense of asbestos cases in Texas, California, and multiple other locations across the nation. Presently, he is dedicated to his role as the lead trial attorney for Kelly-Moore Paint Company in asbestos litigation.
Prior to his involvement with asbestos litigation, Todd defended prominent clients in various matters, including legal and medical malpractice, products liability, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and personal injury. Throughout his career, he has tried approximately 40 to 50 cases to jury verdict as the lead attorney.
